Now that summer is over, enjoy this little tribute to those warm beach days. Over the past few months, I have been busy capturing aerial footage around Manhattan Beach - located south of Los Angeles and one of Southern California's most idyllic beach towns. This place makes flying look easy as everything is so picturesque. Learning to pilot the Phantom has been a rewarding experience. It holds up amazing well in windy conditions and the integrated 4K camera with direct feed to your phone or tablet is super impressive. After a few practice runs, I was completely addicted to the the new perspective from above. Fingers crossed that the new UAV regulations and laws currently in the making don't ruin drone photography and videography for responsible pilots. Music: A compilation of classical tracks composed by Stauss and inspired by Kubrick.
