It needed to have strong visuals, but still wanted moments of strong contrast without being too literal, but instead more metaphoric. What's is most scary, the images we see before our eyes or the images projected by our imaginations? Shooting in Hong Kong was a challenge. It was hot, it was humid and there are skyscrapers everywhere. The challenge for us was to find a location that was somewhat secluded. We wanted the story to work universally.
